The live dashboard shows in real time who is currently in the building – based on all available sources such as access control, time recording, visitor management and your HR system.
At the same time, you can see whether all required roles in the evacuation team are filled: Security officers, evacuation assistants or first responders are displayed, including area assignment and status.


Roles & responsibilities in an emergency
Certain employees take on additional roles in the event of an evacuation – for example as first responders, evacuation assistants or security officers .
These roles are visible in the dashboard at all times, including assignment to areas and responsibilities.
The information can either be automatically imported from your HR system or maintained directly in jay cloud. This way, you maintain an overview of qualifications and staffing levels – including automatic warnings if the defined minimum staffing level is not met in a particular area.
