Secure connection of all devices

All devices are connected to SAP SuccessFactors via a common interface (oAuth 2.0).

Central monitoring of all devices

Devices and bookings are monitored directly in SAP SuccessFactors.
The booking monitor provides convenient booking reports for analysis and error handling. Booking errors are quickly identified and can be corrected.

With the device monitor, all devices, services and interfaces can be monitored centrally (e.g. device status, online or offline).

Plausibility checks across all devices

If a booking has been made at one terminal, this information is available in real time at all other terminals.

Bookings are recorded correctly even if a terminal is offline. jay cloud maintains the booking sequence across all devices, even if bookings from a terminal arrive in the cloud at a later time.
