Poksundo Support Portal

We offer authorised partners and customers access to our technical support portal. This support portal allows you to enter your technical enquiries and faults and track their status until they are fully resolved.

You will need to be registered to use the support portal.

If you are not yet registered, please click here to log in to the support portal. After you have completed and sent the registration form, you will receive an email with the activation link.

If you have already registered on the Poksundo Support Portal, you can log in directly here.
In the portal, you can submit a ticket and view all your tickets and their status.
